I ordered Acer Helios prediator 500 laptop on 5th Sep, 2020 and received my with defective machine. As per your engineer, there was fault in motherboard. I requested them to replace my machine because I have'nt used it. it was like this from their side.
after 15 days they called then said we don't have replacement policy.
I want new machine or complete refund of my amount including interest of EMIs
