Did log a complaint that have a battery charging issue on 20th Nov. I was told that the issue was with battery and needs to be replaced. Acer engineer tried changing the battery on 26th Nov did communicate that the problem is with the Mother Board now (poor troubleshooting).
I am not happy with the trouble shooting & also not resolving on time. Did reach-out to CC on (30th Nov) looks like the engineer did not even request for the replacement part (Mother Board) even after 4 days of identifying the new issue. I have to chase call center & Acer support for spares & now issue yet to be rectified as on date
Is this the level of support expected from Acer? not at all acceptable. I know for the fact that most of the laptop vendors do replace parts same day / next day. First laptop failing with in 5-6 months & also issue pending for two weeks days not giving me a good taste on Acer.
