[Resolved] Acer India — Product is defective acer is making fool to customers

I had purchase acer laptop from on 13/06/2017 my snid no is [protected].
From day of purchase its getting hang several time in a day and i have to restart again and again not even a single application working properly i request you to take quick action towards my complaint and replace my product as soon as possible. This agency is fraud. They are making fool to customers' can not even open office and all other application its making loss to my business.
I request to replace my product as soon as possible pls do the needful.

till now no feedback from acer ..means nobody is taking serious .I m requesting you to resolve my issue as soon as possible...no call no message from acer and what as use of using acer product .take my complaint on priority .
