Acer India — service issue

I have a problem with my adapter. Service center guy told we need to replace it.(Under warranty). He told within 2 days i will get. Now already its 19 days.
#Acer accesories are of low quality and they do not have the spare parts also.#
Worst product# Worst Service# Worst customer care.
I am dam sure i will not get any solution here also.
