Acer Mobile — 3.5months surpassed with defective phone not replaced and flipkart rather updating as resolved?

Complaint Details : Case ID is 2800147I Manufacturing defective phone lying with Acer service centre since 30 July 2018 ie 3.5months for 2nd time from 27nov delivered date IMEI NO. [protected] [protected]

This is to bring into your notice that Acer phone z630s is manufactured in May 2017 &
Delivered to us on 27Nov 17 & within a month battery was changed after whooping 1month in jan

Now in July, i.e within 5months of new battery, now is said battery is cause 3rd time.

Even after intimating display is getting heat up & not battery & phone not appropriately working where is Acer Mobile Phone Co Sector heading of Delhi branch

Such service is inpalatable.
3.5months already surpassed???
Kindly take note of this defective phone and resolve grave issue
