I raise the mobile damage the request on 19th september 2019 and they have picked up on 20th september 2019. They promise for 7 days to pick, repair and drop process. I called them about my mobile status and they always ask 1 day for status update. Acko customer representative speak differently which acko mention in their site.5 days past and my phone still not reach to asc (Authorize service center). Yesterday they send a message that it reach to asc by yesterday but still show the status same.
