Stop fooling the customers

This is regarding my car insurance claim (claim no. MTDCCR180688}

I listed my concerns below with Acko:

1.I purchased this policy through acko website, when i registered Acko website misguided me that i have active insurance policy till (24-july-22), due to that i selected current insurance not expired (My policy expired 2019 and i've done my car service only with renault, if required i can provide my car service...

False Commitment

When I was buying my car insurance from Acko, I was promised that my car servicing is included in the insurance. But when I tried to claim it they said it’s not covered.

I have it on email that it was mistake from their end. I was misled by acko Insurance and which added to my grief....

refund not processed - company lying about the refund

Acko says “the refund is processed using google pay and it is already credited in the account”.
However, no refund is still credited even after following up for more than a 3 weeks. I have requested acko to share the payment confirmation or any evidences, but nothing is being shared.
Every time some irrelevant replies are sent by the company, i have shared all the details including account linkage with google pay, bank...

pathetic service from acko general

Hi i am using hyundai eon 2015, a week ago its steering creating problem and vibrating hell. I droped the car at hyundai samara and they said it need to be replaced and the cost is very high rs. 8000/- even insurance team is not helping me.

Just because of hyundai and insurance team i have to pay this amount.

Hyundai is not looking into this issue.
I have seen many cst are facing this issue.

give mobile for repair

I raise the mobile damage the request on 19th september 2019 and they have picked up on 20th september 2019. They promise for 7 days to pick, repair and drop process. I called them about my mobile status and they always ask 1 day for status update.
