This is regarding my car insurance claim (claim no. MTDCCR180688}
I listed my concerns below with Acko:
1.I purchased this policy through acko website, when i registered Acko website misguided me that i have active insurance policy till (24-july-22), due to that i selected current insurance not expired (My policy expired 2019 and i've done my car service only with renault, if required i can provide my car service history from renault )
2.I reported my loss on 11-july-22 through customer care (Due to emergency i'm unable to finish my claim form but there is no calls from Acko to check my status even i towed my vehicle from incident city to Renault service station for almost 100 km )
3.My claim registered on 12-july-22 (Till then i didn't receive any single call from Acko)
4.Car survey assigned on 20-july-22 (Vehicle examination done in Renault service station itself and he got complete incident history like videos, photos)
Right now my vehicle repair cost is estimated at more than 1 lakh but still acko survey report says i can claim only for bumper and radiator, After the latest discussion my claim is canceled. Was this information helpful? |
