I registered a request with act for a new connection on 4th feb 2020 with a payment of rs 3750.00. Even with the frequent followups on call they failed to send and executive to provide the internet connection. I asked them for a refund and i received an sms stating the the refund has been initiated and resolved on 4th of march 2020 but i haven't received the refund yet. I have been following up with the customer care and it has been the worst experience so far. Every time i call them they ask me to wait for 24hours and no progress. Calls get disconnected when i speak with the executives in between and this cannot be a network problem as it is getting disconnecting only when i speak about refund and ask to transfer the call to the seniors.
