I have been using their services for more than 5 years now and have always paid the fees on time. The bills are prorated(meaning - we pay before we use). Since we are shifting, I called up the customer care and they told me my money for the unused days will not be refunded. As someone who has worked for an internet service provider, this is in no way fair. They charged in advance and won't refund if I cancel? In addition, I also asked the representative(just to confirm their irrational practice) what if I shift my account to some other place within the city?, and he told me there will be an additional charge of Rs 650. So, if I cancel, I lose my money. If I shift, I still lose my money. This company needs to be closed down. Was this information helpful? |
