I am sick and tired about complaining issue to every customer support representative
I have been told that there is no empty port on the junction box.
I have been continuously following up every single day, None of them are interested in fixing the issue.
I've even been put on blocklist by these techs bcz I've been constantly pestering them for help.
Please note, that this is not a request, but a demand of the customer,
You are not providing the services I'm paying for.
I am facing issues at work because of this
And I'm going to reach out to the ombudsman and whistleblowers.
I am also going to publicly inform all this information on news channels.
Because, of the laziness and tardiness of your tech ACT is no longer a Good satisfying ISP.
