Requested for Account name change

Requested for account name change on my wife's name because of address proof reason as we moved to a new house. This need to be provided as a proof of address for an urgent personal loan.
raised the request on 13th Oct for account name change and provided all the document proofs and photographs. the representative gave me an update that the issue will be resolved by 14th Oct 4 PM.
on 14th an email came saying that the ETA of...

Reconnect/Shifting request was given and later
complaint was given No. SR[protected]

I am sick and tired about complaining issue to every customer support representative

I have been told that there is no empty port on the junction box.
I have been continuously following up every single day, None of them are interested in fixing the issue.

I've even been put on blocklist by these techs bcz I've been constantly pestering them for help.

Please note, that this is not a request, but a demand of the customer,
You are not providing the services I'm paying for.
I am facing issues at work because of this
And I'm going to reach out to the ombudsman and whistleblowers.
I am also going to publicly inform all this information on news channels.
Because, of the laziness and tardiness of your tech ACT is no longer a Good satisfying ISP.

    This is Shekhar Posham, I have applied for the New Connection with ACT on FEB 2nd 2021, paid the amount Rs: 3245/- on the same day through ACT Mobile APP.

    I have received the below email on the same day saying that your engineed will visit my house within 48 hours for Installation process.

    We are on FEB 15th 2021, it's been 13 DAYS, none of your team or member came to my house OR at least NO Call.

    I have been calling your customer care for 9-10 days and always they are answering like "Sorry for the delay, we are keeping this request in HIGH and today our technician will get back to you". The same answer I have been hearing for 4-5 days and NO body called me on this request.

    Please think from my side once, I have paid the amount on the same day and been waiting for your call or person from 9 days, No Response and could NOT forward further.

    I have moved from local network to ACT due to the services which you are providing was good (this I heard from my neighbours) but now, I am facing mental tension and no proper response from you guys. This is NOT at all fare.

    I need the installation as soon as possible, please understand my problem and help me on this.
