Actfibernet — Internet connection drop issue

I am observing internet connection drop issue since last 2 month and it is happening very frequently, and ACT is unable to provide any solution. every 3-4th day they are sending technician, and it will just work for 2-3 days and then again same issue. my office work is getting impacted due to this issue.
