I disconnected my internet connection previous year after payment then later i reconnected it after one year so when i wanted to make a payment for my package, i am asked to pay my dues when i did not used internet for one year.i complained about this to customer care but they are telling that it will be solved with 48 or 72 hours and they are telling it since more than 1 week but still i havent received any response from them.actfibernet is testing my patience Was this information helpful? |
