This is my brother's internet connection with Account number:[protected]
In March they gave connection offer for 1499 for 3months with 75mbps as speed and was asked to pay it. He paid n then they gave 40mbsp speed such is ACT service. Disgusting. And from then they said 1400 refund would be processed but still there is no refund and whenever we try to call them there is no proper resopnse. Don't use ACT. Go for Jiofibre its way better with people reseecting their customers and taking care of their issues and keeping true to their promises. I will inform everybody in my company to switch to JIOFIBRE.
