This is to raise a serious concern with respect to the exorbitantly high bill of my electricity consumption, for the month of May 2021. I am really shocked and surprised to receive the current electricity Account No.[protected] for an amount of RS . 9810.
I have been paying my bills regularly on a monthly basis and this is really very surprising and shocking for me.

My monthly electricity bill amounts generally range between Rs. 2000 to 2500/- and hence its impossible to get a bill of Rs 9810/- which is more than 4 times the monthly bill received earlier.
Plus to add on this my family is out of station and not residing at home for more than a month. Only maid cleans the house despite an amount of Rs 9810 has been raised which is next to Impossible.
Please check and revise the bill.
In noway we are paying this amount for a closed house and with minimum usage of electricity.

    this bill is very high for me, please check from your side, if possible please come & check my meter also,

        Dear Sir,
        I am residents of Kajupada area, with my wife and only children. I am the only bread earner of my family and very badly affected due to this Covid pandemic. I am living in 1 RK room with very limited light appliances, i dont have AC or Fridge or any washing machines which are generally consumes more energy. Still, my light bill for this month I received is too high. It would be really great if you please look into this matter and help me in positive manner.             Bills was paid on 13th Feb 2021 but the March 2021 says the bill is outstanding. The Amount being Rs.640 which show outstanding in March 2021 bill. Providing you with the paid BPPS Reference Number.

              I Mrs Ila Jagdish Mehta having consumer no[protected] I had already complaint before the complaint is attached in the format that I am a Widow and the alone person earning only on interest i was regularly paying my adani bills which use to amount to Rs 500 i have attached my billing details for same then why in june month i got bill of Rs 8393.28/- i wont be able to pay the amount i have already registered the complaint but there is no reply from your end.

                My flat was leased and the tenant vacated the flat due to Covid 19 end of August 2020 after settling her bill at Rs.1290/- The flat was lying vacant until November and now some one is residing since November only and I have received a bill for Rs.8, 510/- with arrears Rs.6, 804/- and bill of Rs.1, 651/-Please check the bill and send me the correct bill as soon as possible so that I can pay immediately.

                  Request for refund on account of Double payment

                  In account number[protected], Bill No.[protected] bill dated 4 12 2020 in the name of Manubhai Gopani the payment of Rs.1750/- is debited twice from my bank account inadvertently while making payment from google paythr account no.[protected] of Saraswat co op bank Ltd.                     There has been constant electricity theft in the B-1 wing of Rahat Apartment which is located at Kurla west, 259 old agra road. After several complaint to Adani Electricity no action has been taken against this. The household do not have an electricity meter and have directly connected to the main electric supply of the building. No action has been taken for years against this. These people have no value for electricity. please take appropriate action against the accused since this is a case where the officials might also be involved.
                    Because of this, We get electricity bill higher than the average.
                    Adani Electricity customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    A person from Adani Electricity named 'Aniket' visited with the complaint and removed the wires but later on again connected it illegally before leaving and no further action was taken.
                    This is how the company resolves a complaint?

                      Even after the successful payment of bill amount of 430 of month Aug 20 it is still added in the bill of Sep 20.

                      Even after personally visiting to the electricity office no proper response was given. They didn't even consider it as a complaint.

                        The reading is personally taken by me on given date & its Counting is very fast as comparable to my previous Meter reading based on regular consumption of Electric Energy. We've already Paid the amount of Rs 24500/- in last 2 Months which is a big amount so Please check the meter reading, if faulty meter is there so change it as per your cost. This is a very serious matter so please solve it as early as possible & Return the Charges which is too much Inflated .Thanks

                            Sir/Madam, I am a 76 yrs old widow and live alone. My Adani Electricity Account No is[protected]. I reside at Powai, Mumbai. Since I do not keep good health, I have been making advance payment by cheque and the amount is adjusted in my monthly bills so far. This time too as usual, I had made my advance payment in February 2020 by SBI Cheque No 770713 dated 29 Feb 2020 for a sum of Rs 10, 000 which has been debited from my account, however, despite the money being debited from my account, a bill of Rs 4, 820 was given to me in Jun 2020, which I nevertheless paid on 15 Jul 20. I was under the impression that the advance money would get adjusted after the lifting of the lockdown. However, no adjustment of the advance payment of this Rs 10, 000 has not been done so far since i continue to get monthly bills causing me great inconvenience.                               Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I have been emailing since June 2020 Adani Electricity Customer Support requesting to provide me March 2020 actual bill with actual meter readings 033855 (scanned photo of meter reading provided). I also mentioned that my flat is vacated by the Tenant on March 26, 2020 and since then it is vacant and unused till today. As such no electricity is used since March 26, 2020 as main power switch is off for safety and security reasons. However, I never received requested March 2020 bill with actual with meter readings provided by me till date. Instead I kept on getting average bills with the result I ended up paying more than Rs. 2, 000 to avoid unnecessary disconnection. Without Adani Electricity March 2020 actual bill based on meter readings provided I cannot collect my money from the ex-Tenant. Please help me and take a note of my flat being vacant and unused since March 2020. Please look into my case and resolve it.

                                  Since last 4 months our bill is coming double the amount it usually comes. Since our usage is not 600 units per month. The meter is showing 600 units. The meter is showing faulty units. Hence i request you to change the meter....

                                  We have received heavy electricity bill for rs. 6650.00 for the month of june-2020 which we have paid on 13th july 2020.

                                  Again we have recieved bill for rs 6240/- fr the month of july-2020 for which due date is on 20th august 2020

                                  We need to know our meter reading for the month of june and july, as we think that bill amount is exorbitant and wrongly charged.

                                    On 22 April i have made the below complaint to Adani Electricity but nothing has been done about it till date and on the contrary Mr.Michael and his wife Manjula pereira has made a police complaint on me at Gorai police station about the cable wire.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have exchanged several emails with the adani customer care team on my load fluctuation problems and so as as a temporary relief i was provided a 25 mm cable from the mini pillar near OM wadi.

                                    However on 21st April 2020 during the lockdown period Mr.Michael Anthony Pereira and his wife Ms Manjula Pereira who taking advantage of the lock down had cut off all their trees and and burnt the roots down. They lit a fire just where the reliance cable was laid safely your staff along the border of the road, when i saw this i went and stood there expressing the danger as the cable could catch fire as it was a huge fire and so he asked his staff to put out the fire.
                                    Mr.Michael Pereira removed the cable and put it outside on the common road and the same is unsafe for all o[censored]s now and a threat and danger to many lives.

                                    Request you to kindly take the necessary safety measures required to safeguard the cable and also necessary STRICT action against Mr Michael pereira and Ms.Manjula pereira for doing illegal and neglant action during the lock down period thus causing threat and mental stress endangering many lives.

                                    I am constantly following up with Adani on email since April 2020 but noting has happened in the last 3 months. how can you help me please as now Mr. Michale and his wife Manjula are threatening me with police complaints to cut the electric line.

                                    If a huge fire of 3 to4 feet high is lit next to a 25 mm connected cable line by an Individual what should be the action taken by Adani on the individual who has lit the fire ? should they let him go free for such a negligent and inhuman act during the lOCKDOWN ? which would have deprived me of my Basic necessity of electricity ?that too during such a critical time in April 2020. Please see image attached
