I am getting very high power bills since adani took over from reliance energy.
Have already complained to merc and adani electricity however no remedy in sight... Besides me there are lakhs of consumers who have complained to maharashtra electric regulatory commission however no remedy in sight,,,,.
I request the cm of maharashtra and the ngo's to file a pil in high court against adani and merc to help all the consumers in mumbai.

      I have been paying my monthly bill through ecs since a long time. Now the company is not accepting ecs and is charging me penalty for the same saying that "ecs was returned". Ecs is a facility that was given by the company. Now the company has changed the system. Why am i or any of the lakhs of customers being penalized for "ecs bouncing" when your company has only cancelled the facility,

      The customer representative says she cant cancel my ecs or change my mode of payment and i need to visit office. Till i don't visit office every month i will be charged for ecs bouncing. To clarify i will be making my bill payment on time through other payment options but i will still be paying penalty charges cause your company has cancelled ecs facility but still sending bank ecs and charging me penalty when it gets returned.
      Especially Vigilance and recovery team of Adani electricity are highly greedy to grab money in the name of arrears from the consumers...somebody needs to break this monopoly

        Hi

        I requested to adani electricity to change of tariff planning from commercial to residential, i provided all relevant information, since my house is in renovation adani team is not ready to change the tariff planning,

        I write a letter to operation head that renovation will take 6 month & i am using this premises for residential

        Stil not ready...

        They extremely unprofessional. They did not raised bill we haven't received it & they just send person at home saying that pay in cash or dd immediately we are doing power cut. Shame on you guys you have no professional approach to customers it's just bcoz we guys have no other electricity option u guys r still there what kind of power are u throwing on common people's. Before showing our responsibility plz prove urself first how professional are u.
        You are not eligible to charge me later charges. I realised it was just not me like there were somany such customers you go harshed like this. Never thought such big company with such low profile principles. Shame on you adani electricity.

            Dear sir,

            We have placed an po on your authorized dealer m/s basanti auto agency, balasore for supply of 3 nos of mahindra scorpio vide po no.[protected] on dtd.13/03/2018 with delivery schedule within 2-3 weeks from the date of receipt of po. (Po copy attached).
            As per payment terms 100% of the basic price (Rs.22, 20, 629/-) processed for advance on dtd.28/03/2018 but due to wrong bank details it returned & same will done after update the bank details on dtd 16/04/2018. (Mail communication attached).
            As per the earlier discussion with mr. Jatanta @ [protected] from m/s basanti auto agency, vehicle supposed to deliver by end of april 2018. But now suddenly he told us that before 15th may it would not be possible.

            We refer to above details, as we all are in a serious business relationship, this is totally a failure of commitment for which we suffer a lot after giving po & advance payment.

            Your kind attention required for the above issue get the vehicle on or before 30th apr 2018 & also for a healthy business relationship.

                With reference to the above mentioned subject please note that today went in the morning to rup enterprise dealer of adani gas ltd. At mannagar to fill up cng gas in my vehicle. (Bill no. 374664 dated 20.1.18)
                I compliant regarding this and was issued receipt no. 1211 dated 20.1.18 from the dealer.
                Inspite of making full payment standard cng gas was not filled in my vehicle.
                My request is to take early action against the dealer. And i claim refund of the amount.

                  They staff at cng station denied to accept card payment at night. As per him they have order pf not taking card payment at night.. I work in same field and card payment is available 24*7. Even after paying by cash i gave him 500 rs note and he gave me only 130 back (Bill was of 271) and he started talking to me and just checking that if i dont ask for 100 rs he will keep that with him.. After reminding him he rudely said yes iam giving.. Same thing has happened twice at same station

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I don't know whether any action would be taken or not through this complaint but as a responsible citizen i have to make sure that this point comes before general public.

                    Today, on 18/11/2017, i went to adani cng - behind trident complex, vadodara. My cng bill was rs 446.63, i have given 500 rs and in exchange, the boy only returns rs 50., when i asked for the change, he refused and than i have said that give me rs 10, i give u change. Than he misbehaved telling that client should ask for the change i. E. His point was that it's not his duty to provide change money.

                    This should be strictly reviewed at adani pumps and its their credit matters. Otherwise general public can also go to media and can smash adani for the same

                      I purchased 3 packets of fortune oil from star bazaar, andheri east, mumbai. Later i discovered that i have got product with multiple mrp on it. I complained the same to customer care and they registered complain and ensured that they will remove that batch. The event took place in may-june 17. I thought they have taken proper action for this.

                      But recently my father received a call regarding same complain and they asked him to meet personally and to close my complain. Later they offered him money to close the complain which means the company has not taken proper action about the complain.

                      Thus my complain is - serious violation of law and compensation for price overcharged to me and derogatory act of offering money to my father without actually taking necessary action.

                        I have a saving account in our main branch at Rajkot. I have a debit card in that account. It was blocked due to over submission of wrong password. So it is my humble request to unblock my debit card at the earliest in order to use during this festival time, as it was blocked due to submission of wrong password twice and oblige.                             I am Muhammde Rashid M.T from Calicut in Kerala, regarding a complaint related with Popular Hyundai, Kunnamangalam (Padanilam) Calicut branch. I had book a CRETA in[protected] and paid Rs.5000/- as booking amount. They already promised that, if you cancel this booking the full amount of Rs.5000/- will be refundable. We are not willing to buy the car because of some cash issues related with job opportunity at abroad. We informed directly to cancel this booking and please refund the booking amount. But they not willing to refund it and ask me to send a mail to them also.Then we send mail to [protected]@popularhyundai.com on[protected]. We regularly contact them to refund this amount and fail to get money from there. Now already finished five month. So you please take any action or refund this amount of Rs.5000/- from Popular Hyundai.

                              I had paid Rs. 4 lacs on 17 Sept, '16advance against allotment to me of a 3BHK flat.
                              -Since I am a senior citizen(71 years) I did not have any means for taking a loan.
                              -I was trying to sell my existing flat in order to make full payment of the flat
                              -I could not do so inspite of my best efforts
                              -Because of de-monetization in Nov. there was instability in real estate market
                              -However I wrote 5 emails starting from 14th Dec, '16 for cancelling my booking and returning my advance money which I earned through hard work.
                              -Meanwhile there was no reply to my pleas from Adani
                              -Now I have recieved a bill from them with false allegations that I have not replied to their notices to me for paying the pending amount.
                              I strongly feel cheated and as a senior citizen I also have received mental harrassment from the Adani group

                                Sir there is a water blockage and mud on road near a thadani bhavan because of that mosqitoues and insects are troubling to public and because of water blockage there is chances of malaria and other deceases. For last 1 year I am purchasing your above products from your registered distributor of our area i.e M/s. SHIV SHANKAR EDIBLE PVT LTD, having office at 42C, Chaul Patti Road, Kolkata - 10, and having VAT No. [protected]. I have done a turnover of more than 10 lakhs Rs. in F.Y. 2014-15 and more than Rs. 5 lakhs upto Qtr ended December, 15 with the above distributor. From last 2 months, I was running in some financial crisis due to over stock held with me and was unable to make the payment to your distributor on time. But I have cleared all my dues before 1 month with the said distributor. But still the above distributor is not visiting in my shop and after several request made by me to him, he denied to visit my shop and sell items to me. Infact, in earlier schemes I have won a Samsung mobile and a Brief case from him, but he is not giving that to me also.

                                    I request you to look into the matter and take strict action against such Distributors because of whom your sell ultimately get affected.

                                    Please look into the matter at the earliest and oblige.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Adani Township & Real Estate Company Pty Ltd has got project called "Elysium" in Ahmedabad. They are not committing by what time project will be completed. Further while they demand money, not providing technical reports about completion of the construction. Further other wings shown in the brocher are not started yet. We invested into project and not the unit.

                                      Under this circumstances, what should we do. They collecting IDC - other infrastructure development charges in each of the construction linked installments.

                                      Why we as investor, cannot get technical report confirming construction to the stage completed is as per the plan and legal requirements. Why should we make payment if we cannot satisfy on this. While they are big player, why we can see this as fair to small investors. What are the rights we have and security of our money, if they have not constructed as per legal requirement and we come to know about this only pushing them for possession? They do not have any third party independent audit report to confirm their processes as well and in such a situation how do we rely on their processes?

                                      Need help to raise this concern before anything adverse happens.
