They staff at cng station denied to accept card payment at night. As per him they have order pf not taking card payment at night.. I work in same field and card payment is available 24*7. Even after paying by cash i gave him 500 rs note and he gave me only 130 back (Bill was of 271) and he started talking to me and just checking that if i dont ask for 100 rs he will keep that with him.. After reminding him he rudely said yes iam giving.. Same thing has happened twice at same station

    Dear sir/madam,

    I don't know whether any action would be taken or not through this complaint but as a responsible citizen i have to make sure that this point comes before general public.

    Today, on 18/11/2017, i went to adani cng - behind trident complex, vadodara. My cng bill was rs 446.63, i have given 500 rs and in exchange, the boy only returns rs 50., when i asked for the change, he refused and than i have said that give me rs 10, i give u change. Than he misbehaved telling that client should ask for the change i. E. His point was that it's not his duty to provide change money.

    This should be strictly reviewed at adani pumps and its their credit matters. Otherwise general public can also go to media and can smash adani for the same

      I purchased 3 packets of fortune oil from star bazaar, andheri east, mumbai. Later i discovered that i have got product with multiple mrp on it. I complained the same to customer care and they registered complain and ensured that they will remove that batch. The event took place in may-june 17. I thought they have taken proper action for this.

      But recently my father received a call regarding same complain and they asked him to meet personally and to close my complain. Later they offered​ him money to close the complain which means the company has not taken proper action about the complain.

      Thus my complain is - serious violation of law and compensation for price overcharged to me and derogatory act of offering money to my father without actually taking necessary action.

        I have a saving account in our main branch at Rajkot. I have a debit card in that account. It was blocked due to over submission of wrong password. So it is my humble request to unblock my debit card at the earliest in order to use during this festival time, as it was blocked due to submission of wrong password twice and oblige. Please inform me as if I have to under go any formalities of bank for the same.

            I am Muhammde Rashid M.T from Calicut in Kerala, regarding a complaint related with Popular Hyundai, Kunnamangalam (Padanilam) Calicut branch. I had book a CRETA in[protected] and paid Rs.5000/- as booking amount. They already promised that, if you cancel this booking the full amount of Rs.5000/- will be refundable. We are not willing to buy the car because of some cash issues related with job opportunity at abroad. We informed directly to cancel this booking and please refund the booking amount. But they not willing to refund it and ask me to send a mail to them also.Then we send mail to [protected]@popularhyundai.com on[protected]. We regularly contact them to refund this amount and fail to get money from there. Now already finished five month. So you please take any action or refund this amount of Rs.5000/- from Popular Hyundai.

              I had paid Rs. 4 lacs on 17 Sept, '16advance against allotment to me of a 3BHK flat.
              -Since I am a senior citizen(71 years) I did not have any means for taking a loan.
              -I was trying to sell my existing flat in order to make full payment of the flat
              -I could not do so inspite of my best efforts
              -Because of de-monetization in Nov. there was instability in real estate market
              -However I wrote 5 emails starting from 14th Dec, '16 for cancelling my booking and returning my advance money which I earned through hard work.
              -Meanwhile there was no reply to my pleas from Adani
              -Now I have recieved a bill from them with false allegations that I have not replied to their notices to me for paying the pending amount.
              I strongly feel cheated and as a senior citizen I also have received mental harrassment from the Adani group

For last 1 year I am purchasing your above products from your registered distributor of our area i.e M/s. I have done a turnover of more than 10 lakhs Rs. in F.Y. 2014-15 and more than Rs. 5 lakhs upto Qtr ended December, 15 with the above distributor. From last 2 months, I was running in some financial crisis due to over stock held with me and was unable to make the payment to your distributor on time. But I have cleared all my dues before 1 month with the said distributor. But still the above distributor is not visiting in my shop and after several request made by me to him, he denied to visit my shop and sell items to me. Infact, in earlier schemes I have won a Samsung mobile and a Brief case from him, but he is not giving that to me also.

                    I request you to look into the matter and take strict action against such Distributors because of whom your sell ultimately get affected.

                      Dear Sir,

                      Adani Township & Real Estate Company Pty Ltd has got project called "Elysium" in Ahmedabad. They are not committing by what time project will be completed. Further while they demand money, not providing technical reports about completion of the construction. Further other wings shown in the brocher are not started yet. We invested into project and not the unit.

                      Under this circumstances, what should we do. They collecting IDC - other infrastructure development charges in each of the construction linked installments.

                      Why we as investor, cannot get technical report confirming construction to the stage completed is as per the plan and legal requirements. Why should we make payment if we cannot satisfy on this. While they are big player, why we can see this as fair to small investors. What are the rights we have and security of our money, if they have not constructed as per legal requirement and we come to know about this only pushing them for possession? They do not have any third party independent audit report to confirm their processes as well and in such a situation how do we rely on their processes?

                      Need help to raise this concern before anything adverse happens.

                        I booked a flat with Angan in 2012. Since then i didnt hear anything from them. i called them from abroad, several times to find the progress of the site. finally i went to the construction site and still they have no answer of my questions. i want refund which they are not ready without deductions. i was told that flats will be ready for possession in 2013 but by end of 2015 it is not ready.
                        I have shared my experience with Adani Shantigram on 26th Jan 2016. Have a look at it and I believe investor in shantigram need to come to gether to show strength.

                            Today at 1.30 pm the two techies (Rahul and Omkar) came to mend the connection of flat No. 402/B in my bldg., and they just pulled off my wire from LNB (flat No. 302/B) and left it on the roof floor and, inserted the wire in LNB of (402/B) and started their TV, leaving me with no connection in my house. They just left. I went to the terrace ( I am 76, climbed the shaky steel ladder) and found what I have described above, This is happening...

                            I had gone to fill up CNG at Anadni CNG station on 27/08/2015 at 11.45 AM near Pragatinagar, ahmedabad. The guy has told me to pay Rs.67 without resetting the ZERO on the screen. I went inside to complain the manager/supervisor, but I found that supervisor was also indirectly taking his side. As Rs.67 is the small amount, I didnt want to argue much when there is no hope of justice, so I paid Rs.67 for no reason and left the station. I asked the supervisor his name. He said his name is Hirenbhai. He didnt even show his register where I need to write complain. So I request you sir to take proper necessary actions against the gas-station and bring me justice for this cheating. Thanks.

Due to lining and not facility of cash deposit machine I was last in that and clerk had denied to take money as it was 1.10 pm. I had seen the person who came at 1.15 had money in lacs or crores have an entry and deposit facility. GREAT!!! I as customer of BOB, treated as poor people and given answers by PO "CHAPAD CHAPAD MAT KARO" when I had asked for branch transfer form or process, due to over 1 pm.                                   URGENT To The Commissioner Kapra Municipal Corporation Rangareddy Hyderabad Telangana State RE: Removal of tree stump which was fallen due to Rain and hail storm Respected Sir/Madam, Our house is located in Housing Board Colony First phase beside Canara Bank and we are Taxpaying citizens since 1970. I am 73 Years widow and pensioner, who is cancer survivor and getting treated at the hospital. 1) Due to natural causes, like heavy rain, hailstorm and wind, more than 40 years old trees were uprooted and fell destroying the our compound wall, breaking the electric wires and blocking the side roads around a 4 weeks. We requested one of your supervisors, and he brought a wood cutter, they have cut the tree trunk which is useful and left the stump with roots blocking the road. We paid around Rs. 1500/ certain people to clean the left out debris from the road as we do not like any complaints from our neighbors, due to fact the trees we have planted 40 years ago got uprooted. 2) The contractor who has built the small Cement Bridge like construction. The contractor had left the Cement and other debris in front of our House. After repeated requests to sanitation and the contractor this has not be cleaned from the front of the house. We spent Rs. 500 to remove the debris and kept to the side of the road requesting your sanitation department to remove the debris left by the contractor which has not be done in the last 3 months. Clear harassment by the corrupt contractor who has closed the rain water flow blocking and making it difficult to residents as well creating unhealthy environment. I have left with debris left by the contractor for the last 3 months and the stump with roots left on my front gate since last one month. I think this is harassment by your sanitation workers to get paid for removing the stumps. I would like to know why do I have to pay for clearing the uprooted stumps and why the Kapra Municipal authorities are not taking action to clear the debris and Uprooted tree stumps. As the “KAPRA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION” are implementing, Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Modi “Swatch Bharath Mission and taking many projects to keep our city clean and green.                                       I have been customer with scheme named "Adani Pratham" since Feb 2013 & it's been really very difficult to deal with local employees of Adani group. It took one year for them to answer on Agreement to Sale. They do not have protocols or guidelines for customer satisfaction. Their sales officers book flats with fake commitments. They include criterias of hidden costs and inappropriate construction period in "Agreement to sale'. They still do not have actual possession date and also avoid documentation or correspondence regarding it.Though I am still trying to solve issue internally through their senior officials, it may be required in future to report along with supporting documents to district consumer forum. Sales officers keep passing responsibilities to one another. Their staff is not properly trained. The toll free no. does not get transfered to operator if you choose option for existing customer through IVR. The only official available at their construction site to attend customer is security guard. They keep on changing e-mail address prefered for correspondence and do not have sufficient staff to respond back.
                                      Complaint marked as Resolved 
                                      Finaly they responded and issued side letter mentioning approx. completion date. Though the possession period mentioned differed from their earlier verbal commitment, it can still be considered solution.
