This is regarding the delay in Installation of new PNG connection.
I applied for a new PNG connection on 06-Nov-2021. Now it has been more than 3 months since we did our advance payment online and shared the required documents on My Adani Gas App.
but there is no visit or response was made by Adani officials.
I have called customer care many times and they told me that the engineer/technician would come, but no one visited my home even I have not received any calls from the technician/engineer.
All our neighbors have a connection except us.
Seeking your support here to take necessary and immediate actions to proceed with the installation of my connection.
