Wants to request u to go through the details and give me a proper solution.2022 we got adani gas connection to our layout and our house chetan vihar and then we started using piped gas connection, back then there was gas leakage and service and billing people use to come near home n repair and use to change spares e.ven after 3 to 4 we couldn’t get the gas supply connection .and after getting the connection also we never got bill or msgs on registered mobile no.[protected], so in the month of august 17th, 2022 I had been to Adani Gas, marvel signet 3rd floor Vidyanagar hubli 580029 and enquired but the lady responded saying that our connection and details or not registered . it was our continuous effort to call them n ask regarding the bill generation and now in the year 12.04.2024 we got the bill of 72, 602 all of a sudden and without any previous gas usage details…this is not only us many of our area people have been suffered with faulty bills where in without using connection they have got bills in lacs.
I am regularly visiting adani office at Vidyanagar but every time they say that they need time to check the billing details and send us back .This is the repeat action from our side that going and asking about the bills and details even on[protected] .and on[protected] we had been to ask about the printed bills one concerned Account and Billing department person Mr.Sahil Gupta says that we have to pay the bill but they will not give the printed bills and if we ask him hisncontact num he simply refuses to give and gives office contact num :[protected], , and the time we call he never picks the call and responds .
There is one person Mr.Vinod Papal, Area Sales Manager who never picks calls we have to msg him and whatsapp him but the connection is with my fathers name and he is using small key pad phone.
I am getting calls and people of the gas office are harassing us by giving faul reasons and taking time again and again but there is no solution .i hope you will give us the right solution as even monthly consumptions also never comes upt to72000… as I am working in private sector and my father on whose name the connection is retired .we are 4 members in our family we have only one connection and using this for only cooking purpose. the consumption is less but the bill what they have issued on our d is wrong .plz go through and give me solution .
there is nosuch wrigtten format work since 2022 so even asking about the repair or about the bills they have not provided any printed papers to us .
