Adani Gas — No installation of gas connection even after Registration/payment of 3 years

Address: Faridabad, Haryana

I registered 2 Adani gas connections for my two apartments at Ansal, s Royal Heritage, Sector 70, Faridabad, Haryana on 23.11.2022 but the gas connections have not been installed so far despite numerous reminders to the Representative of Adani Gas who assisted for registeration and provided Customer ID numbers. It is over 3 years now since I made payment of registrations.

I have contacted all representatives in the area but no one is willing to help and are not responsive.
Please assist to get the gas connections installed.
