Adani Gas — over bill without meter reading | |
Dear adani gas team This is to inform you that every month we are getting the gas bill from adani gas co. The bill is exhorbitantly high and not acceptable. The reason for my claim is evident from below mentioned reason- 1) nobody comes and take the actual reading from the meter - we are the working couple. We are out from 7:30 am to 8pm from mon to sat. No one calls us and visit either on sunday or after 8pm. 2) our usage is v less and nobody is there whole day. Then how come my bill comes to the tune of 900/- pm aprox? This is a clear case of ignorance and fraud from adani gas ltd. I expect, 1) you to look into the matter and revisit my previous bills. 2) refund my excess amount. 3) in future send the person after 8pm from mon to sat or on sunday, after the call. My mobile no. this is the fourth month but still, I don't have gas connect at my home.
I have done a couple of follow-ups and complains but still no solution.
