Hi Sir,

We have booked Plot# 308 in Adarsh Garden Estate. As we all know that during the booking process, we only get to know the layout, dimensions and only very limited details of any property on papers and actual details we only get to see after visiting the site that too after 3-4 months.

After visiting the plot we get to know that there is a very old tree arnd 100 yr old may be adjacent to our plot. This tree is actually on the boundary wall of my plot but comes under Pioneer developer property but since the tree is so huge, it's damaging complete boundry wall, its all branches are falling on my plot. It's a complete threat to me when we construct house here.

There are several problems which will arise due to this tree in future:
1. Lack of sunlight and air
2. Potential risk in construction due to roots in foundation in my plot area.
3. Tree roots can get inside drains where they can cause blockages
4. In case of heavy storm/wind, potential risk of it falling over the house threatening life
5. Hygiene issues due to its leaves falling all day on my house.
6. Termite issues
7. According to vastu this tree is not good if its near your house.

We have requested the CRM team to support us by cutting/relocating that tree but we are not getting any positive response. They are very rude, not even allowing us to talk to seniors. Please advise how to go further. It's our hard earned money where we spend crores to buy land and construct a house but if it doesn't give us peace of mind, it will be a complete waste of money and energy.

We go with such premium tier 1 developers like Adarsh, with the trust that the company would support its customers in all possible ways.
But they are not helping us in any way and completely denied to help us here. We are completely helpless and feel cheated by adarsh to give us such a bad plot. They build such a huge project and would have cut down many trees for their own purpose but for us only 1 tree they are not helping.so request you to kindly look into this matter and help us with a resolution.

Hi i am a resident of Borivali west, CKP colony eksar road.400092.There are two stray dogs in our locality who are extremely dangerous. They go behind people and start barking and follow them. They have a tendency to bark and bite to strangers and block the main entrance of the building.kindly request to the authority to take away them by dog catchers as they are a possible threat to the people who reside here.

Fraudulently sold independent villa in gated community of an irregular layout and unauthorized constructions. No valid approvals and sanctions of the layout plan and building construction, environmental noc, raja kaluve clearance, transfer of common assets of club house available even after 10 years.
Completion certificate as certified by the competent authority along a khata not obtained and handed over. Now exploiting/ blackmailing owner consumers by collecting more and more money to do all the above. Threatening and harassing senior citizens to cut the essential services of power, water, maintenance etc. By forcing to pay the last bit of the retention money.
