Plot given by adarsh which is damaging the boundary and creating threat my plot

Hi Sir,

We have booked Plot# 308 in Adarsh Garden Estate. As we all know that during the booking process, we only get to know the layout, dimensions and only very limited details of any property on papers and actual details we only get to see after visiting the site that too after 3-4 months.

After visiting the plot we get to know that there is a very old tree arnd 100 yr old may be adjacent to our plot. This...

Stray dog complaint

Address: Borivali west, eksar road ckp colony

Hi i am a resident of Borivali west, CKP colony eksar road.400092.There are two stray dogs in our locality who are extremely dangerous. They go behind people and start barking and follow them. They have a tendency to bark and bite to strangers and block the main entrance of the building.kindly request to the authority to take away them by dog catchers as they are a possible threat to the people who reside here....

Fraudulently sold independent villa in gated community of an irregular layout and unauthorized constructions. No valid approvals and sanctions of the layout plan and building construction, environmental noc, raja kaluve clearance, transfer of common assets of club house available even after 10 years.
Completion certificate as certified by the competent authority along a khata not obtained and handed over. Now exploiting/ blackmailing...

spare parts from kakarla moulds and dies,chennai despatched on 19.06.2013 vide docket no CHE[protected],the material reached in your godown at bangalore,for having nit claimed the material in stipulated period it has been sent back to your godown in salem.kindly despatch the same in your bangalore godown office and inform status to us at the earliest....
