I bought a 32" Realme Techlife TV on the[protected] with order id. [protected] for the amount of Rs 8499/- but i often check the status it shows a different type of stages for almost 9 days without providing a tracking id. When contacted through mobile no. they provided which is always non responsive. So, I contacted via email somehow they response by claiming that they contacted me but im unreachable as a confirmation call which is odd to hear for Prepaid customers. Therefore, i request you to kindly inquire this site whether its genuine or fraud as many may fall into this trap.
