Addmecart — Received Wrong Product against Prepaid order

I have paid online payment for Prestige 2000Watts iris sleek Induction Cooktop from your website https://www.addmecart.com on 19-March-2026.

Sent email for online payment details to [protected]@addmecart.com & received reply to be delivered within 4 to 7 days.

On 24-March-2026 I have received Mitansh Infrared Cooker by Courier which was not ordered by me. I had paid ordered for Prestige 2000Watts iris sleek Induction Cooktop.

When try to contact on phone +91 [protected] which was mentioned on website. It shows invalid.

Kindly help to replace the product.
