Addmecart — Refund not received for cancelled order

I purchased a boAt Bluetooth Speaker from AddMeCart on 17 August 2026 under Order ID [protected] and paid ₹1, 870/-. The expected delivery date was 24 August 2026, but the product was not delivered. The order was subsequently cancelled.

Despite repeated attempts to contact AddMeCart Customer Support, I have not received any satisfactory response or proper information regarding my refund. My payment of ₹1, 870/- has not been refunded.

I request the National Consumer Helpline to take up my grievance with AddMeCart and help me obtain a full refund of ₹1, 870/- to my original payment method.

I am attaching the order details, payment proof, cancellation details and communication/support attempt records as evidence.

Requested Resolution: Full refund of ₹1, 870/- and confirmation of the refund transaction/reference number.
