Hi Sir,

I had sumbited the PF withdrawn request in the november 1st weak in 2012,but i didn't get the money after 3 months. Then i put the mail to adecco corporate and then i had get the responce that my file is processed in the february month only then after sending several mails my 1st claim amount has been credited to my account in 12th april, but the balance amount is not credited till now, they are not giving any confirmation, so please help to get the my balance amount. Reference of the mail is mentioned below...

Your comments against my mail is “We have submitted the below mentioned form to PF Office. We request you to please wait for 45 working days once they updated in the site we will let you know the status.”

Now today is the 58th day, I didn’t get any response from your side, let me know the details that where should I escalate this for getting my money back.

I had applied for my PF withdrawal in the month of December '11 (Employer – Adecco India Pvt Ltd.). As per them they had submitted my PF withdrawal form to “Adecco Employees Provident Fund Trust”.
In the month of Apr’12, I got a cheque from Adecco and as per the Adecco executive the amount is given against the Claim Form 19. Whereas still I am not getting any amount against Claim Form 10C,
I had repeatedly requested them to do the necessary action but they are unable to do response positively. Now the Adecco Executives replied me over phone that the Claim process already had been done from their end long ego but they don’t know why the payment has been not done. And now nothing is in their hand also.
I had submitted my bank statement to Adecco executive also to verify the status. But no output has come.

I would request you to please look this matter on priority and oblige.

We have formed our own PF trust and it has started working from Dec 10 onwards. We are now working on the closure and migration of our 3.5 lakh employee’s account from Pf dept to Trust account, and the same will be closed by end of May. After the migration we will start settling the PF of our left employees. We will consider your case on top priority and will settle your account on or before June 30th. Request you to please wait and co operate on the same.
