Hi, With reference to the below mentioned number, I have been doing constant follow up with the First Flight courier, since more than 10 days (Since 28th AUGUEST), Whenever I call customer care, absolutely there is no proper response from them, adding to this I had clearly updated them to call to my registered mobile number & residence number on the respective dispatched date, as per the courier boy information the letter has been dispatched on 02nd SEPTEMBER 2015 on a wrong address, since it is a very important document, kindly do the needful.
