Adidas — Adidas l-45014 chappals damage within warranty

I purchased one set of quadis branded l-45014 [protected]a-1 from popular shoe mart shop no:3, 4&5, t.S.R.Complex vide bill.No:vst04-14pos 2635 date:[protected]. Within one month one of the chappala the bottom part was damaged and it was handed over to the shop for replacement. But the shop one is telling the size12 not available for replacement.
