I have returned one order from Adidas.. Adidas Graphics Monogram pajama pant.The order value was 3695.60.I returned the product because it was too large/big. Product was picked up from my place on 30st Nov..Returned got completed on 4th Dec. after passing quality check. I got a message that my refund be credited in 2 2days. Its been more than 15 days but i still have not received my money. Calling the customer service they say the same that refund is under process and will get back to you. Same when i mail their customer service. And there is no reply from their grievance officer Nikhil Mahajan .
