I ordered 2 shorts from Adidas on 24th March, and 27th March was the commited date of delivery but it was not delivered till 29th March so I raised a complaint the same day and they promised resolution by 1st April and when I reached out again on 1st April they are again asking for 3-4 more days and when I said to cancel the order and refund me they refused it and can't give me a timeline of resolution
