Adidas — Adidas-Online Payment done via debit card but order not confirmed on Adidas Android app

On October 7th, I made an order on the Adidas Android App at 21:42 PM IST.

I paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted from my account. But it says payment failed/ error on the app and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.

Thus, I shall need a refund for this. Please take a look into this matter asap and help with placing the order.
