Adidas — Adidas sedna shoes size 9

I requested return and self shipped the product. In the name of quality check they kept we waited for 2-3 days, then they said that quality check has failed and we have received a local product.
I requested them to provide me the quality check report and photos of the product to confirm that they are telling the truth or not. Then again i asked them to provide me report and photos but they didnt provide. After waiting for 6-7 days I asked them to re- ship the product and when i received it was a box packed in adidas.com wrapping. When I opened it, it was a local footpath shoes and not the one which I shipped to them.

There must be a big fraud going in the name of reputed adidas.com. They are cheating 100s of people everyday for their sake at the cost of company's goodwill.
