My friend had places and order for shoes on 18/07/2022 amounting to Rs 2800/- on official Adidas app...it was COD

Since the shoe size was small she returned the product
After the product reached warehouse she received a mail saying she wil be given refund, but they haven't taken her bank details yet...how will refund be given without even her bank details?
And moreover, it's been 3 weeks now no customer care executive has contacted her regarding the same
She has tried calling customer care multiple times, no customer care executive ever speaks on the call, its just the automated voice which always says all lines are busy
Neither do they respond back to any mails, nor any help is given through the chat feature on the app
Product also returned plus money also stuck with them...such a disappointing customer care response from one of the famous brands in shoe wear... totally unexpected
Please help my friend in getting her refund as soon as possible.
