Adidas — AIN00988134 my order number for which I never got my refund it's been more than 2 week now

I ordered pair of clothes which were larger in size immediately I returned my product product was picked but now it is more than a week nothing is updated or asked from me for my refund my order number is AIN00988134
It was picked up after one day of delivery. Customer care number never get connected it always disconnect I don’t know how can such big company is so irresponsible and unprofessional about their work they had to just refund my money asap it was total of 2249.
