I took adidas cap on july 10 but they still didnt give back my refund. I feel so so bad about it because being a world known brand yet they scames people by not refunding the customers money. Govt. Should look upon these shameless act.

I have ordered a product from you and still waiting for the product. I booked on 25 July and its 10 August already and counting.
I called twice to customer service and you are having worst service trust me.
I talked with Bharti and a guy and that guy was so so rude to me. He just said sorry in the whole conversation. I don’t know why and how could you hire those employees who don’t even know how to empathise to their employee and how to talk to them.
Last but not the least if you can’t deliver the product please just cancel our order and trust me I will never going to order anything. If you can trace please let mr know

I have ordered Tank Top from Adidas official website on 29th july 2022. I have received the said order just after 2days.
Because of the size was too big for me i wanted to return the product. At the time of Product delivery i have paid them via COD.
Yesterday i have received a message that my order has recieved back to Adidas warehouse.
But i have not got my return, neither they asked for bank details because my order was COD.
I have tried them call 100 of times but the number provided on their website is useless, it's systems generated call and it gets cut automatically within 10sec.
I have aslo tried to mail them but this is also system generated mail and there they provide me a reference number and they say we will get back to you in 2-4 business days but it never happens.

I placed an order on 14/07/22 for a pair of sandals, which I returned. The payment was made via cash on delivery mode. The return received by the company and I got a mail stating that return was received by company on[protected] and refund has been initiated, however they did not ask me for my bank details.

I order a pair of shoes from adidas on 09/07/2022 and I received it on 13/07/2022. Because it was not fit and small in size on next day I raised a return and On 14/07/2022 a dilivery boy came and take the order back. From that day today is 08/07/2022 (25 days) i didn’t receive my refund. Before I order the product I was able to call customer care but now call never connects. They emailed me and said you we will send you email for bank details in 2-3 days but there is no email yet please help me

I ordered an item on 14july (order no. no-ANI[protected] and returned the item (tracking ID [protected]) got msg of confirmation of pickup from Adidas on 22 july. Since then I have not received any itnimation regarding refund. They have not even asked for account details as my order was COD. I have mailed them thrice but still there is no valid response. Hello I'm really angry because it's been many weeks I'm trying to get to the adidas customer care but u all have been ignoring me all day and also don't accept any calls

I had ordered the adidas shoe on 18th June 2022 from adidas.co.in and received it on 21st June 2022. After trying once, I did not like the fit as it was a bit on the loose side and I immediately raised a return request as adidas India has no exchange policy. I had gone through their return policy and was ready to wait for 2-3 weeks for the refund. But the problems started after I raised the return request.

Problem 1 - For a week the order was not picked up and then I had to call multiple times both adidas and their logistics partner BlueDart for the pickup and finally it was picked up after 8-10 days and adidas customer support team also confirmed that they received the order on 1st July 2022.

Problem 2 - On 11th July 2022, on a call with the support team, they told their warehouse team has not updated on the quality check and said it might happen in a day’s time and shared a refund form to submit my bank details. I submitted the refund form and I was told that I should be receiving the amount in a week’s time. As I hadn’t received the money by 22nd July 2022, I called them again and I was surprised to know that my account details are not updated in their system. The customer support asked me to fill the refund form again and wait for few days.

Problem 3 - On 28th July 2022 I called them to check on the status and then again I was told that the warehouse team has not confirmed on the quality check for the item received on 1st July. Again was told to wait for a week.

Problem 4 - Same story for the call on 3rd Aug and have been told to wait for a week.

I am not sure how common is this but I am facing such issue for the first time, I have ordered multiple times from Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and others but haven’t ever had a bad day. I hope this helps and hopefully they improve on their process and people.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes, which I returned. The payment was made via phone PE on delivery mode. Pick up process is completed and I got a mail on 14 July 2022 stating that I will get the refund within 14 days.
Till date (05/08/2022), the refund has not been initiated. The customer support lines are always engaged and I did not get any response to my emails. The value of the returned product was Rs 1499.50

I purchased adidas shoes from official website on 29 july which were delivered on 1 August. Due to dissatisfactory product I returned it.

On 2 August it was picked up.

I have got no further update about next step.

Its literally about to be a month that I've returned my product. I've tried calling them, mailing, texting, nothing works. They haven't contacted me from their end as well.
Can anybody give me a contact number or tell me how to resolve this?

Ordered adidas slides with order id AIN01107745 with cash on delivery which i returned due to sizing issue as not same as adidas adilette which i already own had to contantly call customer care regularly and they give different execuses and don’t reply to mail after so much struggle i have sent a written grievance to registered office and corporate office which had no benefits still ididn’t got my refund worth 2974 which the product successfully passed quality check and mentioned as returned and refunded soon in social campaigning saw many other had the same issue so much panicked so request you to resolve my case as soon as possible already its been more than 13 days

Ordered a boost slide with order id AIN01107745 and returned the product and stated as my product been returned and refunded but still my refund of 2974 is not processed and they are not even replying to my mail [protected]@adidas.com states that its inbox is full so solve the issue

Refund still not received.I have already returned product 20-25 days ago

I note that in spite of my repeated attempts to get my issues resolved with regards to my complaints against order#AIN00908300, your employees, your executives have repeatedly failed to provide solutions or give explanations and issue full refund and I've decided to bring this to your notice .

My order was returned and it even passed the quality check but I still didn't get the refund. It is almost a month now and I still didn't get the refund. Please help. I am trying to contact the customer care but I can't.
