I bought a bag which I recieved in June due to some issues i returned the product. They picked the order and said that the return will be received in 14 business days. It has been more than a month I have not received anything. I paid through cash and they did not ask for bank details . Their customer service is always busy.

    On 10 i bought shoes from adidas online but due to small size i decided to return it and placed return on 11 and till now they haven't contacted me for pickup its has been 8 days . i didn't expect this from adidas

      I had ordered clothes worth 13k on adidas and two of the track pants worth 7000 did not fit me so I returned it. It was a cod order and I got an approval of the return and it was picked up. I also got a mail that the return was successful and the money will be sent back but it’s been 10 days and they haven’t asked for the bank details to do the refund

        Oh goodness it has been so hard to find someone to chat to, the service at you Cape Town office has been absolutely pathetic

        I purchased a pair of NMDS for my 4 year old which was delivered Friday the 5th of August. On the Wednesday when he attended Play school 10th I picked up after 4 hours and the 1 st time he had worn the sneakers it was broken R1000 LATER.

        To get compensation for all the calls made and the very terrible experience which I am still experiencing now has been a nightmare

        Please can someone contact me I have much more to add order number

          AIN01028962 is my order number. I returned a track and it’s been more than a month the customer care is fooling me around but not giving back my refund. I’ve send them the bank details 1000 times but heights of their illiteracy & incompetency that they can’t refund me yet. The lie that they try calling me but am never reachable. I asked for their number since they are lying and no response. I will take this to court I have all the mails with me. I am ashamed of this brand now

            Hi Team,

            My return item was picked by courier partner and got mail about it from Adidas.
            As it was cash on delivery, I paid amount my phone pay . Scanner was provided by courier partner guy.

            Even though, I haven't received or got mail about any account/or process that how they gonna refund my money.

            Kindly look on the issue ASAP and mail me on [protected]@gmail.com .

                I have ordered a pair of DURAMO SL SLIDES on 28/07/22 and then returned them on 29/07/22 . There is no option on their website/app to add bank details and no one is telling me how I will get my refund back . No one is replying to customer care no. and mails .

                  I ordered 2 pair of shoes recently but had to return them due to size issues.. the order was picked up 5 days ago, it was COD and i paid it via upi of my delivery partners account as there was some problem in QR scanning.. i received an email saying my return has been processed and it has been refunded to the bank account through which i paid but as far as i knew for COD order they are supposed to take bank details and then transfer money to them... I can't just around and let go of money worth rs 7900...the customer service is also unavailable and they always give the same automated response on email

                    I have recieved an email about the returned product. Here the email says your amount will be transferred to your respective bank account, but i have not provided any account details, neither this email asked my account details for the transfer of money. The amount was paid cash on delivery for the product, not online transaction. Unable to chat with the adidas agents as they are always busy, and given customer care number is invalid or does not recieve the call. Wrote 2-3 emails to adidas, but did not get any response.

                      I have order my adidas shoes 15 jul 2022 as CASH ON DELIVERY bt my money has not being refund till now its being 21 days and i have not received and kind of mail from adidas india
                      Its a big scam adidas playing with there customers .

                        I had ordered these shoes worth 3499 rs. from adidas. I tried them on as soon as they arrived and they were too small for my feet. I initiated a return within 15 minutes of recieving the order. The product was collected for return the next day. I have been waiting for a refund since then but it hasn't been issued. The company says that the refund process has been started and the money will be deposited in the account that I used to pay with. I actually paid with cash on delivery and I don't know how will I even get a refund. They have only issued a credit note for me which might not even be usable. I would just like them to refund money.

                          This is regarding order #AIN0104100.
                          I placed an order on 4/07/22 for a pair of shoes, which I returned. The payment was made via cash online mode. The return received by the company and I got a mail stating that return was received by company on 31/07/22 and refund has been initiated on 01/08/2022 after providing my bank details.
                          Till date 11/08/22, the refund has not been initiated. The customer support lines are always engaged and I did not get any response to my emails. The value of the returned product was ₹1649.50.

                            I took adidas cap on july 10 but they still didnt give back my refund. I feel so so bad about it because being a world known brand yet they scames people by not refunding the customers money. Govt. Should look upon these shameless act.

                              I have ordered a product from you and still waiting for the product. I booked on 25 July and its 10 August already and counting.
                              I called twice to customer service and you are having worst service trust me.
                              I talked with Bharti and a guy and that guy was so so rude to me. He just said sorry in the whole conversation. I don’t know why and how could you hire those employees who don’t even know how to empathise to their employee and how to talk to them.
                              Last but not the least if you can’t deliver the product please just cancel our order and trust me I will never going to order anything. If you can trace please let mr know

                                I have ordered Tank Top from Adidas official website on 29th july 2022. I have received the said order just after 2days.
                                Because of the size was too big for me i wanted to return the product. At the time of Product delivery i have paid them via COD.
                                Yesterday i have received a message that my order has recieved back to Adidas warehouse.
                                But i have not got my return, neither they asked for bank details because my order was COD.
                                I have tried them call 100 of times but the number provided on their website is useless, it's systems generated call and it gets cut automatically within 10sec.
                                I have aslo tried to mail them but this is also system generated mail and there they provide me a reference number and they say we will get back to you in 2-4 business days but it never happens.

                                    I order a pair of shoes from adidas on 09/07/2022 and I received it on 13/07/2022. Because it was not fit and small in size on next day I raised a return and On 14/07/2022 a dilivery boy came and take the order back. From that day today is 08/07/2022 (25 days) i didn’t receive my refund. Before I order the product I was able to call customer care but now call never connects. They emailed me and said you we will send you email for bank details in 2-3 days but there is no email yet please help me

                                      I ordered an item on 14july (order no. no-ANI[protected] and returned the item (tracking ID [protected]) got msg of confirmation of pickup from Adidas on 22 july. Since then I have not received any itnimation regarding refund. They have not even asked for account details as my order was COD. I have mailed them thrice but still there is no valid response. Kindly solve this asap .
