      Hello. I have recently purchased footwear from tresmode ( express avenue ) Chennai. The material of the footwear starts to peel off within three times o[censored]se n two months o[censored]sage, priced at 5495. I have sent so many emails n spoken to customer care they say we are not responsible, n cannot give guarantee . How can they say we cannot help u? It is very expensive footwear. Kindly please check this issue. We pay n buy good quality branded stuff n at last we are looser.

      I want a refund of my shoes.. They claim that I have not used it. That shoe is a party-wear shoe within two months material peels.

      They are cheating customers. Please look through n give me a positive reply. Why would we damage our own footwear.

        It’s more of a request than a complaint that bought bailies of treamode few months back and after two three wear only one of its bow got detached and misplaced smwhere
        Now problem is that there is a mark and can’t wear shoes like that

            I had bought a black rolling shoe in the month of October, 2020. The order no was[protected]. I have used only once and the outer sole of the show got ditached. I am highly disappointed from tresmode about their products' quality. I request you to take this matter seriously ad refund the amount.

                I am afraid to inform you that inspite of clarifying from Tresmode Company regarding availability of both the shoes, I have made the online payment of Rs.6199. The link has been sent to me by Tresmode office only after confirming the availability of both shoes. But company has misguided me and fraudulently insisted me for making payment by telling that the shoes will be sold to other customer. This act of yours have definitely vanished the loyalty for your customers. And now after making payment, they are sending mail for non availability of shoe. Also they are not responding to any of my calls or messages.

                It is very unfortunate that you had to go through a bad experience.

                Allow us to inform you that we confirm the availability of the footwear as per the inventory data available with us. And yes, we do have the product available. However, after assessing the quality of the physical product before dispatching it to you did we find out that one of the product had certain quality issues.This is why only a part of your order was delivered.

                In no way would we send a damaged product to our customers on purpose just to fulfill an order request.Thus, we unfortunately had to cancel the order.

                As per the communication over email today, we have arranged for a reverse pick up of your order. Once we receive the product, we shall send it for a quality assessment. Upon confirmation by our QC department, we shall refund you with the complete amount including the shipping charges.

                    I recently purchased shoes from your outlet at the shoppers stop fun mall lucknow. I wore the shoes 1month and the sole cracked and there is a big hole now in the shoe.

                    I have no clue how to get them replaced as i don't have the bill

                    I have spent good inr 4000.
                    Same time i have purchased a pair of flats for my sister same happened to that also.

                        I bought pair of shoes at full price from your mumbai airport store. Within few months o[censored]sage, the left shoe started making noise. I gave it for repair to bandra west store, the person responsible called and informed the shoe can't be repaired

                        I must tell you my overall experience, quality of your shoe and the no repair experience has been pathetic, the shoe can't be repaired, all thi pain despite buying most premium shoe?

                        Please either repair or refund the full amount at the earliest. Currently the shoe is in your bandra store which is causing great difficulty for me

                          I bought the shoes for my office wear on 21st of september and in 2weeks they are torn i just used it for office purpose. They are not worth 3000. Plz suggest me procedure to return or exchange they are not worth rs 3000. I have hardly used it u can see in the pucture sole coming out. Tresmode shows we should not believe on this brand. Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest. Should i go yo mall again or it will be resolved here.

                            I had bought it just 3 months back sandals from tresmode from
                            Bandra west store. And i was told they are for rains where as they aren’t for rains and now those sandals are toren badly and in just three months of purchase. I was recommended wrong stuff for my purpose. I have spent 3000 for those sandals and in just 3 months it’s like i can’t use them anymore. I’m looking forward for the refund or exchange with the new pairs of sandals. Also trying calling on the customer car number but there is no reply to it. No responsible person is referring to the call or the complains of customer.

                              I have buy a pair of white shoe of your company "tresmode" that is very well known n trustworthy brand for rs.2700/- inr on 7th july 2019 from lifestyle store, pacific mall, new delhi. I wore that shoe on 20th july for the very first time, within half an hour my both ankle were hurting because it got shoe bite. I waz not able to walk even after for 10 mins and i had to purchase a new pair of footwear. It's unbelievable how come is it possible for well established brand products are not upto the mark. We are playing money for a good product. What about our mony and trust.

                                I have purchased a footwear from central mall banglore in sarjapur road on 28th june, 2019. Within 1 day o[censored]se, i got shoe bite and also white spots appeared on the inside shole. When i was purchasing rhe product, seller told that this product is specially meant for water use and rough use. He told even if i use the product for a year, nothing will happen to this, no mayter how roughly i use the product. When i complaint to the store regarding the product, they told that white spot is because o[censored]sage defect like swetting. And for shoe bite, they are telling ki apply oil. We cant do anything for the shoebite. Can you please explain, how a product can get white spots because of swetting when the product is meant for water use. Nd is apllication of oil is the remedy for shoe bite.

                                  I have bought a new pair of ballerina from shoppers stop Garuda Mall Magrath Road Bangalore on 18 may. I paid INR2400 for the pair of shoes. I want this fixed at the earliest else I will have to go to the consumer court and collect the money for the damages. I have written to you a couple of times but there is no answer. I have submitted all the things you asked for. However the pic of the footwear cannot be uploaded as the file is huge. Give me an email address I will send it. I am serious about going to the consumer court if this issue cannot be resolved or fixed.

                                    I bought a pair of ballerina from shoppers stop bangalore. However i have worn it only once to work the material on the sides of the shoes are piercing my ankle bone and it is swollen. Only when you try and walk in the shoes will you be able to tell how comfortable the footwear is. I want a refund of the price i paid for the shoes. That is 2500 which is not a small price. Give me a refund or i will have to go to the consumer court for the damages caused by the footwear

                                      One of the slippers was to be delivered at my home

                                        I had picked up two pair of sandals from your select city store couple of months that back (In september). Both were defected with in couple of week o[censored]sage (One of them were wore just twice) and while we received return for one pair. Your other pair (Which was worn only twist) was withheld for quality check.
                                        I have never checked your feedback before buying shoes, people had such a bad experience with brand quality and customer service, so do i.
                                        It hurts when you are buying a show at such a high price point and show does not even last for one month.
                                        In fact the shoe which i am using right now which i have got in exchange of one of my shoes. That also gone bad within a month.
                                        I am so badly pissed off that where i got stuck up.
