i have returned one article and you have refund me draft 002562 in favour of ravinder arora my mother dated 05/08/2016amounting to Rs. 1298/-. but unfortunately it has been misplaced by my mother. i have just found it and sending you details so that you can send me new draft so that i can have money back..contact ni0 [protected] email id ar.[protected]@gmail.com.

My order id is bsj84211, i have ordered shoes but i receive some other cheap quality shoes.

I purchased South avenue pack of 3 denim combo (Rs. 2300)from best deal TV ORDER ID: 1375983, I received the product with some defect and sent back on 8/11/16, but still not received any product or money. Still waiting to get the money, it's a matter of 2300 Rs. No response from your side as well as from company. Already one year gone.
I am complaining second time, please resolve the matter soon, i want my money back.

Sir, I have purchased a Twist Headphone with free waterproof speaker online Order No. 1362346. against the payment of Rs. 1000/- in October 2016, but due to some default I have returned the same on 15.11.2016, returned receipt's scan copy is enclosed. Order booking date : 3rd Nov 2016 product delivered with damaged box packing and two of the attachments missing. Called back for return same was done on 11th Nov 2016 with pickup "recipt no.[protected] / DFS - Best Deal TV[protected]". After that several calls and emails sent for refund but no reply i hope my money is not lost. Absolute bad service for my first ever product.

I Dr. Hita Mehta had ordered 3 jaggings, 1 plaso and 1 top and one headphone from this website (www.bestdealtv.in) on 11th december, 2016. .

Despite many efforts of contact, I did not receive my order.
I have already paid my amount -3296/- Rs.through net banking. I have bank statement stating that the above said money is deposited in your account.

I have received message from your company on 11th Dec 2016, 5.19 pm stating ... Dear Hita, Thanks for shopping from BestDealTv. Your order No. 1390913. It will reach you within 7 working days.For any queries call [protected]. But this phone no. Is not available(closed).

If no actions are taken appropriately, then I will seek help of consumer protection.

I ordered in March 2016, 6 bags set but it's quality was worst immediately I complaint and request for refund but after many calls n 3 months wait they was not arrange any pickup than they said they will pay the courier charges so I sent it on my expances after that they not refund my money till now 1298 + 500 courier charges.. so plz don't purchase anything from this fraud side

We buy this bulbs(10) from bestdealtv from television worth rs.999 They has only work for a month and then they has fused all of them and now it's a humble request to you swap all these bulbs as soon as possible they're not in use yet. Your company is very standardised hopefully you'll change soon.

I will send you all the photos of product and receipt through mail but still not received any kind of response from your side this is the matter of 2300 Rs., please refund the money as early as possible.

I ordered for four nos. Henley T shirt as per order no. 1208035, on 23rd April, 2016 but I found different brand product, I returned the same through Courier consignment no.W991M0986815 on dt.29.04.2016 and also mail the photos on the same day.

Again so many phone calls and e mails, I again got this "eprila" brand tshirt. Niether they returned my courier charges nor they delivered my Henley brand tshirt.

I also talk over phone with your one of executive Mr. Imraan, he again given assurance me that this time right product will deliver me. But today 08.06.2016 when I got my product through GATI Courier, I found four nos. of EpriLa T-shirt (thrid time). and on the same time i talk over phone with your two executive Mr. Aditya and Ms. Suman, they advicing me to send a mail and they will forward my mail for refund the money. Kya maine Yahi sun ne ke liye order kia tha... ki apki money wapas kar di jaigi...wo bhi 2 - 2 baar product ko wapas bhej ne ka baad aur pura 1 month gujar jane ke baad, looking towards your working I hope there were so many coustomers are there in the country who are being foolish by you by sending wrong products... and hope they were cheated with you...

Now I have no option left to go Consumer Court for consumer RIGHT's

I placed an order for Ekta Kapoor Ghaghara style saree with order no 1337878 and when i got the product it was ssk saree no 3. I returned it back and was told by the best deal tv that it will be replaced soon else they will refund my money that is 4200.but till today neither i received my money or the saree.
please tell me when i will get my money back else i have to go to consumer court.

We received the said item against a cash payment of rs.999/- on[protected] & reported the deficiencies to you. As per your instructions on phone, we sent you a mail on your id cs[at]bestdealtv.In on[protected] attaching a snap of the defect bulb and then your agent courier delhivery enabling e-commerce, at-plot no-4775/2 (behind savitri niwas), near kalyani press, bjb nagar, bhubaneswar-751014. Collected the item from us for replacement against a pickup receipt no.[protected] / dfs – best deal tv[protected] on[protected].

Now it is already 12/02/2017, (more than three & half month past). We have been trying to contact the company by visiting delhivery courier's office & the chief-executive. Mr. Rajendra sharma, assured us that, he would do the needful to get us the item replaced or money back by taking-up the matter with their head-office at delhi, but nothing has happened yet. We have made many phone calls on their contact no- [protected], but they never responded to any of them. The number is not a toll-free number and thus we are fursted & discouraged of spending on phones without getting any result from their end.

We have made many phone-calls and written many complaints & mails viz- 1459623 & 1452217 which are acknowledged electronically by company’s mail-answering system but they never bothered to reply to any of them. (please see the attached file containing screen-shots of mails for your clear understanding).

We expect the owners will emulate to the concerns of their company’s reputations before we are compelled to address it in the district consumer forum / jagograhakjago, if not resolved fortnightly, and we hope they would not like such an unsauvoury matter to be taken up with the courts

I placed order of saree sparkle collection by Shilpa Shetty kundra -Orange Order no. 1309168
I received this item On[protected] but the quality of saree was worst, it was not at all worth to the cost. Whatever showed on TV & which was delivered ware not same it was having defects.
I send it back & asked for refund of rs 2198. After lot of follow up I received message from best deal TV on[protected] that refund is approved & I will receive cheque before[protected] but still[protected] I have not received any cheque of refund from best deal TV.
My complain is still[protected] pending after lot of phone call to customer care of best deal TV.
