I bought the attached sandal on 6-6-17 in your exclusive anna nagar showroom. This is my second purchase of adidas product. As i like the quality and comfort, am impressed to use your products.

But my recent purchase made me to regret. Within 5 months the botttom is completely peeled off and i couldn’t use it.

I visited your store and they are helpless to support me and diverted me to you. Am expecting better resolution from your side.

I don’t think so that this product is worth of rs 2599/-.
Please don’t make me to feel regret for relying adidas quality.

This is gagan pal singh complaining about the behaviour of the employee in adidas factory outlet noida sector 15 the day befor yesterday i made a call to the store for the product related query the employee name anuj kumar said he will make an arrangement of the picture's (Beanie) and on the next day he said that he does'nt use the android phone so he can't give the pictures of the product.

This is how the employees of the company should treet to the customers, so kindly look forward for my complaints and provide me best resolution as soon as possible.

My name is aswin sivan from ernakulam, kerala. And i writing this complaint to inform you about don't sell fake product of adidas... And you can send your product.. It's fake or not... But don't give any replacement warranty... Okay i came to the point
On the date 25/09/2017 i brought a foot ball of your brand (Real madrid) worth rs 2099.00
On one of your outlet lulu mall, cochin.
And you gave me 3 month replacement warranty of stitching and shape.... After using month till now the product was fully damaged..

This is with regarding the products which i have purchase from one of your authorized outlets - comfy shoemakers - adidas exclusive store, express avenue mall, chennai dated - 30/09/2017, bill no-sc4904. Cashier id - s714. Cashier.

I'm a regular user of adidas products for the past 20 years and very much satisfied with the products i've been using till now and also have recommended the products to my friends and other family members. But last time purchase have put me in deep trouble and in dilemma whether to continue with adidas or move on to any other international products.in the above mentioned bill / purchase on 30/09/2017, i have purchased products worth rs.16794/- as mentioned below-

(1) adidas men's training workout pant (Cv3700) worth rs.2654.19

(2) adidas performance invisible socks (Aa2307) worth rs.1399.00

(3) adidas athletics ess 3s pant (Cw1570) worth rs.31885.20

(4) adidas climacool three-quarter workout pant (Bk0982) worth rs.2388.68

(5) adidas running track pants (Bq7203) worth rs.4070

(6) adidas tennis climacool bermuda shorts (Bq4905) worth rs.3096.70

While the time of purchasing, all the above products was looking like good and was upto the mark quality. Later on using the product, i came to know that i was deceived with fraud/ returned/ old stock/ damaged product from your outlet. Why i use adidas products all these past 20 years is just because the quality that you maintain from the year - 1924, when it was founded. But the last time purchase made, i'm totally unhappy with the products that you have sold. All the products turned to be quality wise low, color fade, also the adidas logo printed turned to be slitting from the products - specially for the product - adidas climacool three-quarter workout pant (Bk0982) worth rs.2388.68.

Since the products i purchased are eligible for adidas warranty, and its been mentioned in the bill, i approached the store - comfy shoemakers - adidas exclusive store, express avenue mall, chennai but they have refused to replace the mentioned adidas climacool three-quarter workout pant (Bk0982) worth rs.2388.68 and kept on postponing the replacement repeatedly when ever i visit the store, and i am totally fed-up with the dealing/ attitude of the store keeper also.

I have attached the photographs of the product, scanned copy of the bill with this mail for your perusal.

In this extend, kindly let me know what is the alternate procedure to replace the mentioned product, or mention whether it can be done or shall i move on to contact the consumer form, which i really do not want to do to the brand. Kindly let me know your decision regarding this at the earliest, because i'm not in a position to keep on following up this issue so long, and i have other business also, very much. Expecting an earliest and favorable reply in this regard.

Hello sir/maam maine instagram me kuch sellers dekhe hai jo fake adidas shoes sell karte hai. I am not blaming adidas company i just want adidas company to look at this matter. They are basically from punjab who stock their product and sell them to the customers which they get from instagram they also try to gather other reseller to sell their clone products buy giving them some amount as commission. Pls try to look in this matter and pleasy they to stop these coz we trust your brand and we dont want ourselves to be scammed by these duplicate products

Sir im your customer since 10 years and never faced such issues but for the first time when there is a issue with product i have asked for replacement...

Being a loyal customer of adidas since decades im not happy with the response received as the shoes what i got was for 11000 and odd but the store people and customer care whom i spoke with were too rude and not... Never expected this from top world class brand

Its been only 4 months (Purchase bill date :16:07:17) to buy and there is a damage with product thats the manufacturing fault and i dont feel i should be penalized for same.
6 months manufactring guarntee is given i believe and adidas should be responsible for the same and customer should not face the music
So i would request you to please look into the matter and help me with the replacemenrt of shoes.

Along with this i would like to add the customer service care gal whom i spoke was too rude and she did not even take my case under consideration and never allowed me to talk also

Sir i purchased adidas shoes by order no. 11636272. Due to size problem i have returned back. This on cod mode. Now i want to purchase new shoes but my account balance showing nil. Before this many months account show my balance but it disappear now a days. I also talk to your customer care on dt[protected] but not resolved.in connection my earlier complaint that my problem is still pending. On sept-17, i purchased a pair of blue adidas sports shoes at lucky shoes - bharuch, gujarat.
With in one month both shoe rubber sole got ccomenout, it was quite imbarrasing
Especially on travel! The left leg shoe gave tremendous discomfort upon wearing as i have developed extreme pain on the nerve on my right ankle where it gave maximum discomfort.

Shop seller is now denying on warranty for rubber sole!
Seek your revert as adidas products as supposed to be of the highest quality.

I am a regular user of adidas products and i have purchased a pair of shoe article no. Aq2182 size 12 from adi sportse-14, cannaught circus, cannaught place, delhi on 11/01/2017.

I have attached the product photo for your reference.

I am always satisfied with the product adidas deliver to its customer but this time i have faced issue with the product. The thread has got torn in one shoe, the other shoe is ok.

As being student i have spent a big amount on this product but this has not come out to me satisfactory this time.

Im a professional track and field national level athlete. Within 6 months of the usage of these spikes they have torn from the side, there is a hole, i have been using spikes for 1 year plus nothing has ever happend to them. Unfortunately adidas having such a good reputation and quality control this has happend with my shoes. I request for the best possible you can do for my complaint.

I am resident of chandigarh. I purchased adidas shoes from sector 19, chandigarh showroom on 28/10/2017. The bill no. Is 2150 and name of show room is mahajan shoe store, scf-26, sector 19, chandigarh.
2nd day shoes sole is crack. Now they told its company's matter. Now you tell, can you replace or not.
Your quality of shoes is very poor than local made company. 2nd day is too early.

Please take action as soon as possible or sent me reply

I have adidas sport shoes of rs. 6800/- approx. After one and half year, rubber print has became so sticky that black color spread on it and my track. After all these i am a regular buyer of adidas products.. I have track shoots, shoes of mine and my sons, t-shirt and etc.. But this incident restrict me to buy adidas products so please advise and replace my defective shoes.

Hi,

I want to return my shoe because i feel like my product has been replaced and it's not an original adidas shoe.

Firstly, the product has been delivered in two boxes, one covered under another and the inside box was completely tampered which shows it was of any other old adidas shoe.

Secondly, i had ordered the same product of different size recently and when i compared with that, there is a light difference in the color because the previous one is dark pitch black and this one is fade.

I want my refund asap or else i will definitely sue you for delivering the duplicate products to the customers.

I had purchased a track pant from adidas showroom (Grand arcade, kolkata) on 1.4.17. Within 15 days we noticed that the pant is full of bubbling.
At that time we were out of station. After returning i went to the showroom and ask for a replacement (On 25.4.17). They recorded the complain and gave me a complaint form. They assured me that i"ll get a replacement within few days.
I didn't get any call and when i saw the complaint from, which the shop gave me, my contact number written by them in the form was wrong. I went to the shop that day and told my problem. But at that day their behavior was very unexpectedly bad. They told me to choose something from the product"on sale". As those products were not of my choice, i requested them to give me same product which i had purchased.
They told me it was not possible. I asked them if they could call me when they get the product i wanted. But till now i didn't get any call from them.

It was not expected from such an esteemed brand. It is high time for some action to be taken.

This is with the reference that i purchased the shoes from adidas store - bahadurgarh (Haryana) on dated 06.07.2017..

After 20 days i found white spotted on the shoes then i saw it very carefully then found its was manufacturing defect... I went at store & asked him for the resolution of this problem then he said you purchased these item in sale... And if we sell the product in sale we do not give the warranty or guarantee for a single day...

It means that adidas is selling the product in sale are not quality approved or very poor in quality or retailer is sellling the duplicate product from store...

This is my humble request you to please look into this case & provide the solution

I order product from adidas website last month having order no. 11699064 and paid rs 4500 at the time of delivery. But i received shoes of small size. Asked them for return and refund of money. No satisfactorily response. I wrote them mail but no response. Highly disappointed. They are not refunding my money. Can't expect this from such a big brand.

Dear sir; mai tata cliq se addidas ka shoe kharida 29 sep ko aur wo ek hi din me uska sole ka kya halat ho gaya hai dekhiye apko 1 ko hi mail kiya par koi reply nai aaya kya aap log addidas k name se duplicate products customer ko sale karte ho aur mai customer care ko call kiya to wo v satisfy reply nai kiya isse to yahi hai na apse kuch v kharido aur bhul jao custome ko kust se maro par replace ya exchange nai karna hai apka tata cliq agar aisa hi hai to isse customer ko dubara nai lena chahiye mai apne pura railway group ko iska pic dikha dunga taki koi v apke store se nai kharide kuch v.

I had bought adidas shoes with order no.[protected]-2649301.
This purchase was done from myntra in the month on january.

The problem is that the shoes have got torned at both the ends of both the shoes. It seems to be manufacturing problem and poor quality.
I have invested in adidas seeking better quality over others but i am highly disappointed by this type of quality.

This problem had occured before even completing 5 months and pics are the proof.

Although i dont have much hope and was thinking to shift to other brand but would appreciate a replacement for the same as it is a genuine problem.
