This is with regarding the products which i have purchase from one of your authorized outlets - comfy shoemakers - adidas exclusive store, express avenue mall, chennai dated - 30/09/2017, bill no-sc4904. Cashier id - s714. Cashier.
I'm a regular user of adidas products for the past 20 years and very much satisfied with the products i've been using till now and also have recommended the products to my friends and other family members. But last time purchase have put me in deep trouble and in dilemma whether to continue with adidas or move on to any other international products.in the above mentioned bill / purchase on 30/09/2017, i have purchased products worth rs.16794/- as mentioned below-
(1) adidas men's training workout pant (Cv3700) worth rs.2654.19
(2) adidas performance invisible socks (Aa2307) worth rs.1399.00
(3) adidas athletics ess 3s pant (Cw1570) worth rs.31885.20
(4) adidas climacool three-quarter workout pant (Bk0982) worth rs.2388.68
(5) adidas running track pants (Bq7203) worth rs.4070
(6) adidas tennis climacool bermuda shorts (Bq4905) worth rs.3096.70
While the time of purchasing, all the above products was looking like good and was upto the mark quality. Later on using the product, i came to know that i was deceived with fraud/ returned/ old stock/ damaged product from your outlet. Why i use adidas products all these past 20 years is just because the quality that you maintain from the year - 1924, when it was founded. But the last time purchase made, i'm totally unhappy with the products that you have sold. All the products turned to be quality wise low, color fade, also the adidas logo printed turned to be slitting from the products - specially for the product - adidas climacool three-quarter workout pant (Bk0982) worth rs.2388.68.
Since the products i purchased are eligible for adidas warranty, and its been mentioned in the bill, i approached the store - comfy shoemakers - adidas exclusive store, express avenue mall, chennai but they have refused to replace the mentioned adidas climacool three-quarter workout pant (Bk0982) worth rs.2388.68 and kept on postponing the replacement repeatedly when ever i visit the store, and i am totally fed-up with the dealing/ attitude of the store keeper also.
I have attached the photographs of the product, scanned copy of the bill with this mail for your perusal.
In this extend, kindly let me know what is the alternate procedure to replace the mentioned product, or mention whether it can be done or shall i move on to contact the consumer form, which i really do not want to do to the brand. Kindly let me know your decision regarding this at the earliest, because i'm not in a position to keep on following up this issue so long, and i have other business also, very much. Expecting an earliest and favorable reply in this regard.
