Adidas — blue sleeper

I m ur regular customer since 2002. On 03.06.17 i purchase 1 pair sleeper frm e-14, connaught place n. Delhi (2519 rs/-) & i started to use from 28 june 17. Bt on 11 august 17. I noticed& surprised tht sleeper foam is cutting & disturbing place to place. This is manufacturing problem. Pls change or replace tht sleeper. Thanks!!
On this regards I have already send a complaint on 20 August 2017.bt on response??
