Dear sir, This is regarding a sports shoe which i had purchased on May 30th, 2014. As it is a very renowned company, i did not expect it to tear off as early as 5 and half months. This kind of service is not acceptable or expected from a company like Adidas. The base has torn off from the body and it is not possible to repair it. Therefore i would like a replacement for my shoe as early as possible so that the standard of your company is not defamed. The model number is adidas men galba ART Q17444, US size 12.5 UK 12.
