Adidas — Complaint regarding Refund | |
I had placed an order on the 20th of August for a pair of studs, My order number is[protected]. I choose the wrong shoe size and hence I had cancelled the order within an hour on the very same day, I had called twice to confirm the cancellation. On 21st August, I got an email saying that my order has been processed after cancelling the order. I called your customer care the very next day and asking why my order was dispatched? they said it was a mistake and to not recieve the shoe when it comes, and so I did. Since then I have been waiting for my Refund, calling almost every single day for my money and your employees only kept telling me that the shoe hasn't reached the warehouse, that I will get my refund within 24 to 48hrs. I haven't recieved any update emails even regarding the cancellation from your side after continuesly asking your customer care for emails. As a customer I don't expect to be treated this way. I have been very patient with y'all but my patients have been taken for granted. I never expected for Adidas, sucha well know brand to be this lenient. Today is the 5th of September. I was told by one of your customer care employee named Ashmeet that I will recieve my refund by the 4th of September. Do you really expect to wait for so long for a refund? I am very dissapointed with your service to the point where I would never by from you again. It was the first time I had ordered something from adidas and after this experience it will definitely be the last. I would never recommend anyone to buy from you either.
