Adidas — Damage of sports shoes (model-bounce)

Dear sir,

I had purchased the adidas make sports shoes (Model-bounce) from the factory outlet of adidas company located at najafgarh, new delhi-110043 on 8.3.2016 at a high cost of 4, 274/. But after using the same about 2 months, the cloth (Jali) around the pasting is going to cut off/torned.

I had believed in the quality of brand like adidas and thus purchased the said shoes having higher price. But, all my beliefs have come to the earth at a short span of time.

Sir, i request you to kindly ask the company to replace my said torned shoes with the new one of the same model at the earliest.
