Adidas — Defective Shoes - Barricade Team Shoes

The picture attached is of shoes which are less than 3 months old but worn on only 20 days. Adidas has replied to my complaint that the claim has to be made within 15 days of buying the product. Is the life of such expensive shoes just 15 days? The quality of Adidas products and their customer service has seriously gone down.
