Adidas — Delayed delivery of online orders | |||
Hey there, thanking you for taking the time to address this email. I am filing this complaint to your adidas online shop (self-operated) in Joybuy, a widely known e-commence platform in China over its delayed shipment of my orders ( Joybuy order No.[protected]. I placed this order to buy two pairs o[censored]ltraboost sports shoes on this November 10, and your online shop committed to starting shipping in next 72 hours, however this order is still left under a status of waiting for shipment after almost 10 days, with nobody’s care and attention, no matter how hard i’ve pushed your customer team based in China. Ironically in this Joybuy online shop you are still selling the shoes to other customers, which I ordered yet to be delivered. I’ve wasted lots of time in pushing around with your Chinese customer team in Joybuy. And if you truly pursue to quality and service, I would like your customer team to interfere from your headquarter office to look into this order and give me a proper answer and delay damage as per applicable laws and regulations.
