Adidas — Fake commitments and refund issues

Hi,

I placed an order with adidas in august but due to the incorrect shoe size I had to ask for a refund so that I can place a new order.

After successful return I shared my banking details with them. After 7-8 working days when I reached out to them I was informed that my bank has rejected to accept the NEFT payment and I had to share a new account detail. I later shared an alternate banking detail and I was again told the same thing.

It’s been a month now and now they even don’t answer my calls. Whenever I try from other numbers they tell me that a complaint is raised and they will resolve it which eventually never happens. Also, I haven’t received any acknowledgement on the mails sent. Even I wasn’t informed that the bank has rejected the payment.

This is completely breach of cx’s trust on the brand as once a product is sold the cx isn’t of any importance to them.
