I had returned a product for which pickup was also done. But due to technical error they say ur return is created multiple times from back end(which customer cannt do) and hence Adidas team cancelled the return(by mistake my original one also). After that harrasment started- I had talked to them 10 times aprrox. Everytime connecting time is more than 30 minutes. Resolution each time is given different ways as noone is aware of process for such case and refund form shared assuring me for wait for 1 week. I had shared refund form 5 times atleast. they confirmed me thrice or 4 times that we got the product. Now they say they will investiagte from the warehouse and process will start again. That also happened month back.They say they will revert me via email or call. But they havent. Such poor expereince I never had with any company. I am frequent shopper online but Hats off to ADIDAS for peak level harrasment.
Complaint no is standing as it is as on now with no resolution[protected].
