I've ordered a pair of boots on the official Adidas website. The order delivered within the expected time frame and was paid on a COD payment method. After trying it out, it was a size small for me so i had it returned the next the itself and ordered a new pair with a size bigger and both had also been done within the expected time frame (the new order delivered and the shipment returned to their warehouse) . But coming to the first order's refund i still wasn't paid within the given time frame, i do understand some issues might be going on whatsoever but atleast the customer service should pick up the calls or atleast some assurance or information about the ongoing transactions should be made aware to the customers. Now it's been past the expected date of refund and still not a single chat with the customer service team. Kindly look into the issue.
