[Resolved] Adidas — I'm complaining about the Adidas refund issue.

I ordered a pair of adidas shoe on 25 Aug 2022. Unfortunately I had to return it due to size issue. Got a text on 8 September 2022 saying that the refund is proceed and will be credited within 7 days. Also got email mentioning that the return has been completed and the money will be credited within 14 days. Since i paid by means of COD i should have already received an email asking for my bank details but no email as such till today which is the 28th of September 2022. Oct 4, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally my refund has been completed. I doubt if i haven't complaint about the issue here in this platform, I wouldn't have gotten it. After i had initiated the complain, i got an email asking for my bank details after few days. Than finally got the refund today i.e. 3/10/22
