Adidas — incorrect size shoe packed

Hi, I purchased a pair of sports shoes from Adidas factory outlet in mahipalpur on 7th Jan 2018, however, noticed that a smaller size shoe has been packed mistakenly. I immediately went to the store next morning to get it replaced with 9 number shoes. The store denied replacement saying it has no replacement policy and can be done on customer care mail. I contacted customer care on 8th in emaik with invoice copy. Since that day I'm continuously following daily with customer care as I do not receive any reply and on call the executive communicates reply will come by end of day. It is pathetic and frustrating that I need to recite the whole story daily to fresh executive on phone with same reply and no revert on mail. This is utmost and ridiculous customer care ever seen in the world. However, I've paid 6 k for shoes and have the right to replacement of smaller size has been received
